I am a 35 year old chef who lives and works in the Orlando, Florida area. I have been a music fan ever since my earliest experiences in grade school, all the way up to my latest verntures in the world of computer music. While I am not a professional musician, I still enjoy the experience of "performing" through this genre, and even play along occasionally on the sax, clarinet or flute (mostly when the mood stikes me, and my lip is willing, of course). I began working with MIDI a scant 3 years ago, and as I am sure many of you will have noticed, my sequencing techiniques have changed drastically during that period of time.
